Sephora Operations Consultant

- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
- Support Sephora’s merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards.
- Check in visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies and procedures.
- Communicate inventory issues or concerns to the Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager.
- Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.
- 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Physical requirements include working in a fragrance-filled environment, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and bending and stretching to stock shelves.
