Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support Sephora’s merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
5. Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner.
6. Organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards.
8. Check in visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
9. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies and procedures.
10. Communicate inventory issues or concerns to the Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager.
11. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Physical requirements include working in a fragrance-filled environment, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and bending and stretching to stock shelves.
