Sephora Operations Consultant

- Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure efficient stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
- Provide professional and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
- Perform timely receipt and processing of shipments, maintaining stockroom organization per company standards.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols.
- Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
- Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
1-2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Compensation ranges from CAD$17.00 to CAD$20.00 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
