1. Provide exemplary client service during store hours, offering professional and knowledgeable assistance.
2. Support training initiatives for cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing inventory loss.
5. Efficiently manage shipment receipt and processing, ensuring stockroom organization per company standards.
6. Handle transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols.
7. Report inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Managers.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
9. Contribute to inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Capacity to multitask while addressing client and business needs.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.

High School diploma or equivalent.
