1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide professional and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
5. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
6. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, and organize stockroom according to company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company guidelines.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and managers.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
