Sephora Operations Consultant

- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
- Support and uphold Sephora’s merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
- Perform shipment receipt and processing efficiently and organize the stockroom according to company standards.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company guidelines and communicate any issues to the Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently met.
- Communicate inventory issues or concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in inventory control.
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.
- 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom role.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1-2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
High School diploma or equivalent.
