Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support and uphold Sephora’s merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
5. Perform shipment receipt and processing efficiently and organize the stockroom according to company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company guidelines and communicate any issues to the Operations Supervisor.
7. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently met.
8. Communicate inventory issues or concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in inventory control.
10. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
