Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
2. Provide exemplary customer service and assist in training other staff on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Ensure cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Efficiently process shipment receipt and maintain stockroom per company standards.
5. Handle transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols.
6. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
7. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss and in inventory control.
8. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective multi-tasking and time management.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years in retail or client service, ideally with stockroom responsibilities.

High School diploma or equivalent.
