1. Provide professional and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Uphold Sephora's merchandising standards and participate in shortage reduction programs.
5. Receive and process shipments promptly, organizing the stockroom per company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company policies.
7. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
9. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of relevant experience in retail or client service, ideally within a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
