1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
2. Provide professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and other team members on register operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the checkout area.
5. Support Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly, ensuring warehouse organization aligns with company standards.
7. Manage product transfers, damaged goods, and demonstrators according to company policies.
8. Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
9. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
10. Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors or store management.

Compensation ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 22.65 per hour, including performance bonuses.
