1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and manage merchandise updates.
2. Provide exceptional client service, offering professional and knowledgeable assistance during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
4. Ensure cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
5. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
6. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, maintaining stockroom organization per company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Participate in inventory control activities.
11. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficient in computer use, arithmetic, and organization.
2. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, with a focus on stockroom operations.

High School diploma or equivalent.
