- Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable approach to client interactions during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Mobile POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
- Participate in initiatives to reduce inventory loss and shortage.
- Efficiently manage shipment receipt and processing, ensuring stockroom organization aligns with company standards.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to supervisory staff and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
- Contribute to inventory control efforts and cross-train in cashier functions.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably within a stockroom environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer and arithmetic skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Effective multi-tasking capabilities while maintaining client and business focus.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, ideally in a stockroom role.
High school diploma or equivalent.
