Sephora Operations Consultant

Owned by LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, Sephora is a leading beauty retailer known for its wide range of prestige products, expert service, and innovative shopping environment. Sephora operates approximately 1,900 stores in 29 countries, with a strong presence in North America, including over 360 stores. The company's North American headquarters is in San Francisco, with additional offices in New York, Montreal, and Toronto.

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
2. Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS.
3. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Assist in maintaining Sephora’s merchandising concepts.
5. Participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
6. Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner.
7. Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards.
8. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards.
9. Check in all visual elements and communicate missing/damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor.
10. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained.
11. Communicate inventory issues/concerns to Supervisor(s), Assistant Manager(s), or Store Manager.
12. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
13. Participate in inventory control.
14. Cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of retail/client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School graduate or equivalent.

1. Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multi-task while being attentive to the needs of clients and the business.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in the retail/client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School graduate or equivalent.

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Work in a fragrance-filled environment. The role requires physical activity, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and bending and stretching to stock shelves.
