Sephora Operations Consultant

- Provide exemplary client service, ensuring a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable interaction during store hours.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
- Efficiently manage shipment receipt and processing, organizing the stockroom according to company standards.
- Handle transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company protocols.
- Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
- Ensure adherence to sampling policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.
- 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom role.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to multitask while addressing client and business needs.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
High School diploma or equivalent.
