1. Provide exceptional client service and assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS systems.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and uphold Sephora's merchandising standards.
3. Efficiently process shipment receipt and stockroom organization.
4. Handle transfers, damages, and testers according to company standards.
5. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
6. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges from CAD$17.00 to CAD$20.00 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses.
