1. Provide exceptional client service by offering knowledgeable and professional assistance during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing inventory loss and shortages.
5. Efficiently process shipments, organize stockrooms, and handle transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols.
6. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
7. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
