1. Provide exemplary client service, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable interaction during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Mobile POS systems.
3. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising concepts.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
5. Efficiently perform shipment receipt and processing, ensuring stockroom organization aligns with company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols.
7. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Managers.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
9. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably with stockroom responsibilities.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent communication skills.

1-2 years of retail or client service experience, ideally within a stockroom setting.

High School diploma or equivalent.
