Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support the implementation of Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in shortage/loss reduction programs.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, organizing and maintaining the stockroom according to company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company guidelines.
7. Check in all visual elements and report any missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies and procedures.
9. Communicate inventory issues or concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or the Store Manager.
10. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
