Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide exceptional client service during store hours, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable approach.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
5. Efficiently manage shipment receipt and processing, ensuring stockroom organization aligns with company standards.
6. Handle transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures.
7. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and managers.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
9. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Physical requirements include working in a fragrance-filled environment, lifting up to 50 pounds, and stocking shelves.
