1. Provide exceptional client service with professionalism and expertise during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs to reduce inventory shortage and loss.
5. Efficiently receive and process shipments, organizing the stockroom according to company standards.
6. Manage transfers, damages, and testers, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
7. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and managers.
8. Ensure adherence to sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
9. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficient in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.

1-2 years in retail or client service, ideally within a stockroom capacity.
