Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Support the implementation of Sephora’s merchandising concepts.
5. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
6. Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner.
7. Organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
8. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards.
9. Check in all visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
10. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times.
11. Communicate inventory issues or concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
12. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
13. Participate in inventory control.
14. Cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
2. Ability to multi-task while being attentive to client and business needs.
3. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
