1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising concepts.
4. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, organizing the stockroom according to company standards.
5. Process transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company policies.
6. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or the Store Manager.
7. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
8. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective multi-tasking and time management.
4. Problem-solving and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.

High School diploma or equivalent.
