1. Provide exemplary client service during store hours, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable experience.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Participate in initiatives to reduce inventory loss and shortage.
5. Efficiently process shipment receipt and organize stockroom according to company standards.
6. Manage transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company protocols.
7. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently upheld.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or management.
9. Adhere to sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
10. Cross-train in cashier functions as needed.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational capabilities.
3. Ability to multitask while addressing client and business needs.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High school diploma or equivalent.
