Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
4. Ensure adherence to Sephora’s merchandising concepts and participate in shortage/loss reduction programs.
5. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing.
6. Organize and maintain stockroom according to company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers per company guidelines.
8. Check in visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
9. Ensure compliance with safety and tidiness standards at all times.
10. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors or Store Management.
11. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
12. Participate in inventory control.
13. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficient computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective multi-tasking while attending to client and business needs.
4. Time management and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
