Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide exceptional client service by offering friendly, professional, and knowledgeable assistance during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
5. Efficiently process shipment receipts and organize stockroom according to company standards.
6. Manage transfers, damages, and testers as per company guidelines.
7. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently upheld.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors, assistant managers, or store managers.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Participate in inventory control and cross-train in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong organizational capabilities.
3. Ability to multitask while addressing client and business needs.
4. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication abilities.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
