- Provide exemplary client service, ensuring a friendly and knowledgeable experience for all customers.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
- Efficiently process shipments and organize stockroom inventory according to company protocols.
- Manage transfers, damages, and testers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management.
- Participate in inventory control and ensure adherence to sampling policies.
- Cross-train in cashier functions to support store operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to client and business needs.
1-2 years in retail or client service, ideally with stockroom responsibilities.
High School diploma or equivalent.
