1. Provide exemplary client service, ensuring a friendly and knowledgeable experience for all customers.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Efficiently process shipments and organize stockroom inventory according to company protocols.
5. Manage transfers, damages, and testers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
6. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management.
7. Participate in inventory control and ensure adherence to sampling policies.
8. Cross-train in cashier functions to support store operations.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to client and business needs.

1-2 years in retail or client service, ideally with stockroom responsibilities.

High School diploma or equivalent.
