1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and merchandising updates.
2. Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store hours.
3. Assist in training cash wrap hosts and consultants on register operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cash wrap area.
5. Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in loss prevention programs.
6. Receive and process deliveries promptly and manage warehouse organization.
7. Handle transfers, damaged products, and testers in accordance with company standards.
8. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
9. Report stock issues to supervisors or store management.
10. Enforce policies and procedures regarding samples and participate in inventory audits.

1. Proficiency in inventory management and warehouse organization.
2. Knowledge of merchandising concepts and loss prevention strategies.
3. Ability to operate cash registers and mobile point-of-sale systems.

Entry-level experience in retail operations or a related field is preferred.
