- Provide exemplary client service, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable experience for all customers.
- Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
- Efficiently manage shipment receipt and processing, ensuring timely organization of stockroom per company standards.
- Process transfers, damages, and testers in accordance with company protocols.
- Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management, ensuring compliance with sampling policies.
- Participate in inventory control and programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
- Cross-train in cashier functions to ensure operational flexibility.
- 1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer and arithmetic skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Effective multi-tasking capabilities while maintaining client and business focus.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
High School diploma or equivalent.
