1. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and update merchandise.
2. Provide exceptional client service, offering professional and knowledgeable assistance during store hours.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising concepts.
5. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
6. Efficiently process shipment receipts and organize stockroom per company standards.
7. Handle transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols.
8. Communicate inventory issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Manager.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
10. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer operations and arithmetic.
2. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities.
4. Excellent communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in the retail or client service industry, preferably within a stockroom environment.

High School diploma or equivalent.
