1. Provide exceptional client service during store hours, offering professional and knowledgeable assistance.
2. Support the Operations Supervisor in maintaining stockroom organization and merchandise updates.
3. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising concepts.
5. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
6. Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, organizing stockroom per company standards.
7. Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or management.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
10. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective multi-tasking and time management.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
