Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide exceptional client service with professionalism and knowledge during store hours.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora's merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
5. Perform timely receipt and processing of shipments, organizing stockroom according to company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
7. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors, assistant managers, or store manager.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control.
9. Cross-train in cashier functions as designated.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to multitask and attend to client and business needs.

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.
