Sephora Operations Consultant

1. Provide exceptional client service during store hours, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable experience.
2. Assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
4. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
5. Efficiently handle shipment receipt and processing, and organize stockroom according to company standards.
6. Process transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company protocols.
7. Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently met.
8. Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or managers.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficiency in computer use and arithmetic.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to multitask while addressing client and business needs.
4. Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

1-2 years in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80, subject to qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
