1. Support daily store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
2. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service and support the team in achieving sales goals.
4. Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork within the store.
5. Uphold company policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
6. Ensure flexibility in scheduling to meet peak retail demands, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in absorbing and communicating product knowledge.
5. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

$21.75 - $28.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
