Sephora Operations Associate

1. Execute and maintain daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to Sephora standards.
2. Manage inventory lifecycle: stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfillment and cycle counts to preserve inventory accuracy.
3. Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand presentation and drive event execution.
4. Deliver excellent client service and assist the sales team to achieve store targets through proactive floor support.
5. Enforce company policies, safety procedures and maintain a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
6. Operate reliably within assigned schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; uphold punctuality and attendance expectations.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; experience in store operations preferred.
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrable client-service orientation.
3. Strong organizational skills, time management and the ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
4. Team player with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
6. Availability to work a variable retail schedule and meet minimum weekly shift/hour requirements.

Entry-level to early-career candidates with 1–2 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or other client-focused environments. Experience supporting inventory and merchandising operations is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in business, retail management or related fields is a plus.
