1. Ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide excellent service during customer pickups.
2. Maintain a well-stocked and organized store environment.
3. Contribute to store cleanliness and smooth operations.
4. Participate in the setup and execution of sales events and promotions.
5. Engage in loss prevention activities to ensure a safe shopping environment.

1. Prior experience in operations, preferably within the retail sector.
2. Demonstrated passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
4. Adaptability to changing store priorities and resilience under pressure.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
