1. Support daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
2. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
3. Maintain operational standards and assist with visual merchandising.
4. Ensure the store accurately reflects Sephora’s brand through promotional setups and event execution.
5. Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment is required.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
