1. Support daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
2. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
3. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand identity.
4. Deliver exceptional service to enhance client experiences and contribute to sales goals.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or within retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge.
4. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
6. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
