Sephora Operations Associate

- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide excellent service during client pickups.
- Maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked store for clients.
- Contribute to store maintenance for a clean and smoothly operating environment.
- Support sales and promotional events through setup and execution.
- Participate in loss prevention efforts to maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Prior work experience, preferably in operations.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior work experience in operations is preferred.
$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
