1. Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to ensure product availability.
2. Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and event execution.
3. Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store sales objectives.
4. Maintain operational standards by following company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention practices.
5. Support store teamwork and foster an inclusive culture through reliable attendance, punctuality and collaborative problem-solving.

1. 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing operational role.
2. Excellent organizational skills and proven time-management capability in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
4. Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it effectively to clients and colleagues.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; available to work nights, weekends and holidays as required for retail peaks.
