1. Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
2. Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store aligns with Sephora’s brand standards.
3. Support promotional setups and event execution.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and support the team in achieving sales goals.
5. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
6. Maintain compliance with company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge.
4. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
