1. Manage daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
2. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
3. Support promotional setups and event execution to enhance client experience.
4. Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in achieving sales goals and creating outstanding client experiences.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
