1. Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
2. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service and support the team in achieving sales goals.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or within a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Ability to learn quickly and convey product knowledge effectively.
4. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
