1. Support operational excellence by ensuring the store runs smoothly in collaboration with the operations team.
2. Complete daily processing and organization of damages, testers, and known theft products.
3. Ensure timely completion of all shipping and receiving activities within the store.
4. Review visual elements in the store and communicate any missing or damaged pieces to store leadership.
5. Maintain, organize, and clean the stockroom and sales floor areas as needed.
6. Participate in cross-training and continuous learning to expand knowledge of Sephora brands.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in an operations capacity.
2. Flexible availability to work nights, overnights, weekends, early mornings, and holidays.
3. Consistent and reliable attendance.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing store priorities.
3. Comfortable with computer/store systems.
4. Resilience and ability to react to situations in-the-moment.

Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in an operations capacity.

$15.50 - $20.50/hr, dependent on qualifications and experience.
