1. Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
3. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand identity.
4. Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences.
5. Foster inclusivity and teamwork, promoting a culture of openness.
6. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe shopping environment.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

$15.50 - $20.50/hr, depending on qualifications and experience.
