1. Manage daily operations including inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
2. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand standards.
3. Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.

5. Uphold company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
6. Ensure availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
4. Proficiency in managing inventory and operational tasks.
5. Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment is required.

$19.75 - $24.21 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
