1. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
2. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
3. Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

2. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
3. Ability to support outstanding client service.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
6. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
7. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

$15.50 - $20.50/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience, and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
