1. Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
3. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand identity.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and support the team in achieving sales goals.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
4. Quick learning aptitude with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
