Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
2. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
3. Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.

5. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and ensuring a safe, secure shopping experience.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment is required.

$15.00 - $19.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
