1. Support daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
2. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
3. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand identity.
4. Deliver exceptional service, supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
