Sephora Operations Associate

1. Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and merchandising standards.
2. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and campaign calendar.
3. Support events and in-store activations, ensuring accurate implementation and readiness for client engagement.
4. Deliver and support exceptional client service, assisting the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales objectives.
5. Uphold company policies and safety standards to create a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
6. Maintain punctuality and meet assigned scheduling requirements, including nights, weekends and holiday shifts.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred.
2. Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and time-management capability.
3. Proven communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working collaboratively in a team.
4. Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it effectively to clients and colleagues.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stocking tasks.
6. Availability for flexible scheduling and consistent attendance during peak retail hours.
