Sephora Operations Associate

- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and merchandising standards.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and campaign calendar.
- Support events and in-store activations, ensuring accurate implementation and readiness for client engagement.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service, assisting the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales objectives.
- Uphold company policies and safety standards to create a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain punctuality and meet assigned scheduling requirements, including nights, weekends and holiday shifts.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and time-management capability.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it effectively to clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stocking tasks.
- Availability for flexible scheduling and consistent attendance during peak retail hours.

1–2 years in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused role; experience supporting inventory and merchandising operations preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; coursework or certifications in retail, merchandising or customer service are a plus.
