1. Manage daily operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
2. Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store aligns with Sephora's brand standards.

4. Deliver exceptional customer service and support the team in achieving sales objectives.

7. Ensure availability during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service.
7. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
