- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide excellent service during client pickups.
- Maintain a well-stocked store to enhance the shopping experience.
- Contribute to store cleanliness and smooth operations.
- Participate in the setup and execution of sales events and promotions.
- Engage in loss prevention efforts to maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Prior experience in operations, preferably within a retail environment.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
Previous work experience in operations is preferred, ideally within a retail setting.
$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
